Membership Information

Are you a new member? Click on "Join WiG now!" for the WiG membership application.

Are you a renewing member? Please log into your account to renew your membership (click on the link at the bottom left of this page). If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password" and a new one will be emailed to you. If you don't receive the new password, check your spam folder - sometimes system generated messages land there.

Important Note: We are changing the membership renewal date from January 1 to September 1, to better coincide with the academic year!

In order to achieve this switch, the membership dues have been prorated. This is not a price increase.

Here are the temporary/prorated Rates (to switch from a January 1 renewal date to September 1 – your renewal will be good until September 1, 2024!)

Annual Salary $0 - 25,000	$50 for 1.66 years
Annual Salary $25,001 - 50,000	$100 for 1.66 years
Annual Salary $50,001 - 75,000	$140 for 1.66 years
Annual Salary $75,001 and above	$180 for 1.66 years
Retired	$80 for 1.66 years

If you need to change your membership level, please do that before starting the renewal process!

You may either send a check to the treasurer covering the membership cost or you may pay online with a credit card. If you pay by check, your membership status will appear in the system as "pending" until the check is received.

Here are the regular membership rates:
